This morning I woke up with both arms pointed at the ceiling. What does it mean?

I stole this from a list of musicians people today (2013) wish would just go away. I recognize only one of them, and that was because I was introduced to her through a scholarly article in a British journal, which defended her song as an attack on the mind-destroying banality and routine of the American public school week. No kidding.
